The Nueva Vizcaya People’s Museum and Library is the former seat of the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya. The building has influences of Spanish architecture as characterized by the brick walls and Capiz Shell windows. Located in Bayombong, the Nueva Vizcaya People’s Museum envisions a gradual transformation of the museum into a specialized one. Concentrating on artifacts on ethnographic, historical and ecclesiastical importance to the province.
