The Museum was officially established on September 1, 2000 to mark the Jubilee Year at the Immaculate conception Parish, now known as Immaculade Conception Cathedral The museum was renovated and re-inaugurated in the celebration of the Year of faith on December 1, 2012 by the Abang Lingkod ni Maria in cooperation with the Ayala Museum.
